Please do not try to fit more. * Please bring your own firewood so you can enjoy the fire. * Our house has central heating but DOES NOT HAVE AC. * Both bedrooms have fans and plenty of cross-breeze * The front door is at ground level with the driveway. No slippery steps! * NO SMOKING of any kind permitted. * PETS WELCOME! We know furry friends are family! * Discounts available for extended stays. Just ask! * Laundry access available throughout your stay. * TV is a smart tv. NO cable, but equipped with all your favorite apps to watch all your favorite movies and shows. All you need to do is log into your account or mirror from your personal device. * During winter stays, please make sure you have chains during the snowy weather or law enforcement will not let you up or down the mountain. * We supply plenty of toiletry items and toilet paper in each bathroom for your stay. *** There are Ring cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours:) Please no extra guests/visitors that are not in initial booking and/or host has no knowledge of and approved. If you are not who you say you are, you will be reported and told to leave with no refund and your deposit will be kept.
